2. Heavy items will cost more e.g. big safe

3. Delicate items will cost more because of additional protection e.g. antiques

4. Non-lift level will cost more

5. Nicely pack items will cost less e.g. items in neatly stacked plastic containers

6. Dismantle wardrobe & beds will cost more

If can fit into one truck, the cost would be roughly between $180 to $200+.
