Red 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 Dear all, Say if you are a PR and bought yrself a resale flat. Later in life you work hard and paid in full for the unit. Then one fine day, you got into situations whereby yr PR revoked. Nevertheless, it is only you but not yr spouse and kids. They are Singaporean. With this, what will happen to the ownership of HDB flats noting the fact that you are not a PR and co-owner as in yr wife is a SG citizen. My question is, will HDB force you to sell the flat despite knowing that the co-owners are Singaporean citizens?
