Valuation Of Bedok 4 Room

dear all,

would like to know the estimated valuation of bedok 4 rooms during both GOOD times and BAD times.

understand many factors will affect valuation. just need a rough guide.

sorry if i sound too ambiguous.

good and bad times of property. peak is around 2007 - 2008? bad times around 1997 - 1998?

mainly bedok south, though any part of bedok is in our consideration.

I tink u check HDB resale transaction in the net & in the papers better.

hdb site reflects only transactions for the past quarter.

what i wish to gain info of is the difference in valuation between slump and peak.

econony is heading south; thinking how much the valuation could drop in months to come and thus decide whether or not we would want to wait.

like i mentioned, a lot of factors could affect valuation, but bcos i dun have knowledge abt peak n pit, any input would be appreciated :D

no one keep 10 yrs history...

I think have.. may be need to pay??

check with agent, they might know a way

But No point to use 1997-1998 as benchmark

10 yrs alot of thing change.

u cannot expect to buy back the flat using 10 yrs ago price.
