Suggestion Needed

I am renoivating my resale flat and need to buy the following items, please help provide the suggestion about the same

1) Techo Hob (Glass one as the promoter from Courts told me it is made in Germany with lifetime warranty for glass top) price about 450$

2) Hood (not sure yet) budget only 200 $

3) Kitchen Sink (Korean made, been offered 388 $ with accessories)

4) Kitchen Tap (not sure but budget is about 200$)

4) WC + Basin for MBR toilet (budget only 300$)

5) WC + Basin for Guest toilet (Budget only 200$)

6) Shower for MBR Toilet with Mixer (Budget only 200$-250$)

7) Joven 25L storage water heater (been quoted 230$ at Trade hub 21)

I suggested you go Balestier Road there to walk walk..

Walk to there and see, find shops like Poh Joh, Hoe Kee, etc..

For item 1 and 2, getting a fujioh/cuzino/turbo hob & Hood package @ $600 to $650 is not a problem at all.

3) Kitchen Sink (Korean made, been offered 388 $ with accessories)

Kitchen sink depend whether a single or dual sink type. Actually last time I'm looking for rubine brand

DUX660 Dual sink type. (880 * 480 * 180) the shop assistant is willing to let go at $190

In the end go for SNOW brand scott 28XL coz it is cheaper

4) Kitchen Tap (not sure but budget is about 200$)

If u want a mixer type the cheapest is $115( forgot wat brand i think is arino)

4) WC + Basin for MBR toilet (budget only 300$)

Possible if u willing to take those $180 Baron WC. Basin wise got $60 type also baron brand. But don't forget your tap (is it mixer one too)

But don't expect it to be designer one. Just a plain Basin common one

5) WC + Basin for Guest toilet (Budget only 200$)

Same as the above amount.

6) Shower for MBR Toilet with Mixer (Budget only 200$-250$)

Mixer type not cheap.

7) Joven 25L storage water heater (been quoted 230$ at Trade hub 21)

Ask around Poh joo,royal franco, chan huat, maybe cheaper.

Lastly don't forget your WC sprayer , shower head all that

For Hob and Hood (i was told that techno is made in italy whereas turbo is not have the stamp but it is also italy company. what you guys would suggest?

Rinnai, fujioh from japan, not that bad too.

But ultimately is "U gotta like the design". I could turbo because i want a white tempered glass hob to match my white solid surface. I check alot of brand only bellari & turbo & Ellane got white one.

Have you pop by Universal Union at Geylang? Near UU, there is another 2 other shops that have some interesting bathroom and kitchen fittings to check out; not to mention the lighting shops too.

At UU, we were serviced by a super friendly and patient young man, Wilson. We did our leg work and drew up a list of bathroom and kitchen fittings when we went there. It's easier to compare the pricing and he gave us a good price.

Mixer(Common Bathroom): RAPETTI Thermostatic Shower Mixer 9520015000 [Ferrara AsiaPac: $50. Prefer this mixer, easier to control the lever than the Grohe Mixer.]

Shower Head (MBR Bathroom): HANSGROHE Raindance Allrounder Set AIR [uU: $615]

Shower Head(Common Bathroom): OUF Free Shower Set HANSGROHE lookalike [uP: $180. UU: $125. Just as good as the $615!]

WC: CRIZO CWC-2340-WT [AM: $399. UU: $300]

Kitchen Sink Mixer: VR UNION HFVSP 1001SA2 [simSiangChoon: $192. We didn't like the retractable extension hose in most sink mixer thus this really fits the bill.]

Jumbo Sink: Foster Built-In 1 bowl Sink Anti Scratch 910 x 500 x Depth215mm; 1mm thickness [Rhoyxon: $824. Highly recommended if hv budget. Planning to get the anti scratch small sink to replace Mondi s.steel sink.]
