After delivery, we realized that there a scratch on the LCD screen, apart from that they send in the wrong wall brackets. We had tried calling the Courts customer service ultimate times, and always get a respond that they will get back to me. However, I had waited for days and till today Nobody had called back and let me know regarding this issue. How can such a Big Company like Courts be so irresponsible and provide such a lousy services. I thought their values are Customer focused.... Can somebody please tell me what I can do? Thanks in advance! It difficult my friend , I try many times before their customer service is real sucks !! Sometime I write email to them but no reply. You have to go down personally or write to ST forum. When you want to make payment they fly like Superman but when you ask then to do something , they say Superman is dead have to wait for Spiderman becos Peter Parker is still in school. After delivery, we realized that there a scratch on the LCD screen I also bought a display Plasma TV set from megatex on Dec '08 I think Courts won't be responsible for any cosmetic damages for display set that they sold for a much lower price than the brand new set. The sales person has reminded me to check the display set condition thoroughly before i decided to buy it. If you manage to get Courts to replace your "display set" with the "new ones" without scratches than it would be unfair for them to give you a brand new ones with the price of display set.
