Centralized Rubbish Collection Centre

I am staying near centralized rubbish collection centre that is at the multi storey car park adjacent to my block.

Every morning, at about 6am the workers will start using the machinery in the bin centre creating loud “bang – bang” noise. Sometime, they can start as early as 5am!!

I am a light sleeper and don’t sleep with A/cond, thus my window is opened and hear all these noise pollution. This has seriously disturb my rest.

I wonder if this is normal, as in noise at such early hours? :dunno:

Feedback to TC is useless.

Can anyone share with me, please?
