I am also doing my 4 rm resale soon. Have narrow down my contractor. It's cheaper than what your quote is. Mine involve hacking the whole house too and replacement of homogenous tiles.

Yeah... If I do whole house homogenous it will save me about 3k++.. But currently we have bamboo flooring in our old flat and we really like the durability and quality of it. So no choice gotta spend abit more on the things we like. if not my quote should be <30k...
