Hi, not sure if you have already decided on your id or not...

anyway, for a start its better you read thru the threads in this forum and take note of some good and bad ids....shortlist a few and go down to the company with your floor plan and have a no obligation discussion with them and get them to quote....

From the few quotes you have, then you slowly compare and decide. Probably you need to get them to re-quote if its out of your budget.

Most important is not to be pressured to commit

Whether you have decided or not, don't engage ****** Pte Ltd or Chevron Design, they are under the same boss. You will regret if you engage them, go read about this ID in the forum, tons of negative comments and complaints against them and i am one of the victims. I regretted that i did not read about it before i engage them and now is too late. I am going through what the rest of them are going through now. Money lost and jobs still uncompleted and cannot move in since december until now. don't think can move in by next month.
