Hi All,

Just bought a resale flat and thought I should look for a ID or contractor.

I am on a extremely tight budget and contemplating if I should get a contractor instead.

Could you recommend some ID or contractors. (can PM if you wish). May I know if they can accept floorplan by email and give a budgetary quotation.
