Should I be getting worried?

I am waiting for my mattress to be delivered at the end of the month.... I dun care where is it from...

I just dun want my hard earn money down the drain..

Did u pay in full or take up the interest free installment? If u just paid a small deposit you're most likely to be safe as they wont dare to go overboard. If u happen to have paid in full, please call them to double or triple confirm few days b4 actual delivery. Btw the guy Ken is also quite useless. He'll tell you dont worry everything will be fine but when comes the delivery date he'll tell you I'm sorry the supplier has made a mistake I'll definitely get it right for u. The best advice is to show that you're angry and not easy push over. If u let him know u're timid then that's it. It'll take u forever to receive ur goods

I paid in full liao.. I gave them more than 1 month of notice to deliver the mattress to me... The delivery date is on end of this month..

I will call them 10 days before the delivery date and check with them..

I can only hope for the best... I was too implusive that time.. I am more concern whether it will close down before i can get my stuff...

People all I have is this to say good or not good matteress.you as a customer should find out and ascertain ur choice...,the doc can pescribe you medicine for cure in the end itz the patient themselves must oso feel whether isit working or curing them right ? As for the integrity part , well no doubt bout it cos i personally have news that usuali the staff wun stay long...the boss basically v gd in making use of people and dat includes everybody basically... probly din pay them properly on time and stufff like dat.Nd of course nwhen thrs a problem , does he come out all the way..and of course hes not the boss of lotus and omazz as he always claiming.. my sources... if u ask me i would nvr wan to deal with dishonest and fake sincererity sales people yah.Go around abit more. Dun be afraid to scout around for more options before you decide.. juz dat one second decision can sometimes juz cost you the so called inconveniences and price facts....You will benefit alot more..Speak to more sales people.. Get " educated" juz that bit.. you will gain.As for people who reali still go for lotus and omazz matteress although my fren personally have a v bAD EXPERIENCE..being bot at higher price and countless failed deliveries despite reminders and almost begging , still go ahead but chk out the matteress centre in balestier for a possible bargainable deal.. i have come across there.i believe sometin can be worked out..All the best shoppers !!

oh and next thing to add ... ask for lower deposit like ten to twenty percent.. try bargaining.. it should work.At least u get a better peace of mind..cheers !

My princebed mattress, which I bought from Mattress Atrium, was delivered yesterday. No fuss there. Have yet to try it... For those, who wants to buy princebed, please do a research on the specific model, before committing.

I saw something similiar to what I bought (individual pocketed coil), selling only $699, while I paid for $12xx.. I did not bear to look any closer, cos heart pain liao... Anyway, I consoled myself that both is under entirely different series... Please do your research properly, before making any decision...

Was totally sold by the smooth talking Wee Juo at the shop, only to realise there are so many bad reviews of this place after I did a search online following the purchase.

Is the Princebed mattress the same as the Lotus Mattress? I tried searching the Lotus model "Royal Prince" which was on my invoice online but to no avail. I wonder if i have been scammed? As for the delivery, does anyone have anything good to say about this place? Wee Juo assured me that the stuff will be delivered on the date i requested but somehow I get this feeling after reading all these reviews that this will almost certainly not happen.

First of all, there are many lotus models its impossible to know all of them. I bot my lotus mattress from them few months ago. From my posting, you should know what kind of lousy shop this is. I can guarantee your mattress will likely arrive on time but your bed frame will not. Mattress atrium ordered the lotus mattress from a local distributor therefore not a problem. Lotus brand mattress is not exactly a branded mattress Sealy, Serta but acting to be one. The bed frame is not local made and likely was assembled them in thailand, m'sia or even china that's y they always have problem with the shipping. Their workmanship cannot make it..intially promised me that they can sewed 4 crystals on the leather of my headboard (which is quite common) but in the end he told me the crystals keep dropping therefore advise me to go without the crystals. My bedframe got postpone and postpone till i got so fed up and ask for refund. That's where things get ugly. I also ordered a storage bed from them at not a cheap price....mine is all history but i cant bear to see innocent customers kena cheated by this scam guy Wee Juo.

Btw did u pay in full via the 12 months interest free credit card? If u do so...GOOD LUCK to u cos u'll be in for trouble time. I certainly do hope u just paid a small small deposit.

I am the least fierce person I ever known, among my friends... Haha... I just told them that I need to "an chuan" on 01 Apr (the delivery date was on 31 March) and according to the FSM, 01 Apr is the auspicious date for me etc etc... The staff at Mattress Atrium then said ok lor...

Princebed is a local brand , and of course local manufactured..its not gg to be assembled in australia or hong kong or wateva **** basically..And for matteress attrium i oso learned that they operate without a warehouse and no proper logistic support so all their deliveries are done by suppliers.They only have the showroom and the showpieces.. thats all.

Gave them 3 weeks notice as stated in my contract for the delivery of my mattress and bedframe.

However, after 10 days, they called me to tell me no stock for my bedframe. Now I gave them another week (written on my receipt is I just need to give them 3 weeks advance notice for delivery date.) He will get back to me if have the frame and can deliver on the 2nd Jan anot.

Their sales talk are mostly bull****.....they even dared to upsell their bonnel spring to pocket spring when the mattress clearly stated pocket spring
