A bit hold up due to window contractor. have to wait for window change out before other progress can continue.. New WC under installation... New room door... Your windows are made of wrought iron or aluminum? I think that should be the case (based on square feet). although mine, my contractor never give me the details of how many sqft for my unit. I just told him that we want the whole unit windows replaced. Btw, my price also include window grills. My windows are all aluminum. Wrought iron will cost more. We also cut down alot from their initial quotation for the windows. Also, Casement windows cost more than sliding ones. Mine are the sliding ones, so cheaper.
