reedwan 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2008 Has anyone ever did refurbishing their build in wardrobe? Been thinking of doing in my 2 common bedrooms as both wardrobe looks very old. One can notice the colour has changed to yellowish in the interior. And for some reason (I think its definitely to cut cost), the previous owner painted the laminate door!!! Was thinking maybe some carpenter can help to relaminate, or maybe just attached new laminate by means of nails or screws just to cover up. I think can do it if it is done properly. Thanks to share any of your experience!
cecilathome 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2009 I did refurbishment on my built-in cabinet and wardrobe previously by repairing and spray painting them by my contractor. As the end result, the cabinet and wardrobe looks brand new. But do beware, as the structure is old, the refurbishment only helps on the look department, functionality still depends on the original condition of your furniture.
