Water heats up very quickly and apparently it stores in the tank. I switch it on in the morning and take my shower, and even at night when I shower, the water is still quite hot. Alpha have 10 yrs warrantry on tank and 10 yrs warranty on heating element. Joven have 10 yrs warrantry on tank BUT only 1 yrs warranty on heating element. Anyone can clarify on this ? nexus 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2010 (edited) Hi, Do u all noe how much does ur plumber charge u to install the storage heater? my MIL got a lobang which charges $150 jus for the workmanship,im thinking dat it is a bit ex. so im looking ard here for other options my old storage heater ariston is leaking. the copper pipes r still gd. so i only wanna buy a new storage heater(15L joven/alpha) & mayb run a short length of pipe,less than 1m(bcos diff brand, diff in/outlet positions) roughly hw much do ur contrators charge u for the workmanship & materials?
