Since i have not gotten any flat till now waiting for the 1st appt which falls on the 23rd dec. I have always wanted to stay in EM, at last!! i got one! The flat is at pipit road. I am wondering anybody here stays at that area? Should i go for ID or contractor? i know contractor cheaper but i also do not wish to compromise the design of the flat. Someone please give some advice. Harlow & congrates on finding ur very own EM! Hee.. come over to the EM thread & chat smetimes. If u know what type of designs u wan, u can always look for contractors. But if u have no ideas on designing ur home, then go for IDs. Hehe, just do what u juz did here, or click the "add reply" at the bottom of the page. Hehehe.. Mi now still searching for ID/contractor to do my EM. Shortlisted 1 ID and 2 contractors.
