But i put in a vertical way instead of horizontal way like yours. really! both toilets the same! we got the same taste!hehe.. the red color glass was actualli a last min decision. Initially wanted to use mosaic..but as im overlaying the toilets, my contractor said there be some issues using mosaic..so he suggested to cut the glass tile to small strips n lay them vertically like mosaic design...end result is quite gd..i wish i did the same for my mbr toilet too.Regrets... risis 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2009 (edited) Its a tiring but happy day:) I decide to hold back my air con entry till tml ..coz im really very excited TV Hunt we started by going suntec fair, supposedly sells electronics at wholesale price... It turns out to be some gaming fair, with audio house inside... bf say he feel like home..coz theres soooo many ppl play wow..haha anyway, we headed towards tv. We tot if the price is really gd, we'll buy 2 tv (for the rooms)..but the prices didnt really catch my eyes...it wasnt 'wholesale price' like the advert says....I didnt like the 'leylong' kind of bidding too...too tiring, to run from booth to booth to hear the latest 'leylong'.. Nevertheless, we end up buying a 32 inch LG tv...for perhaps the mbr or entertainment room.. The round bed hunt Next we headed towards orchard tanglin road, to see the rounded bed iluvmybeans saw. ITS reallly ex!!! (not sure if its the same one u saw..but its the only one we saw) Price tag:.....>$42,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!not i didnt see wrongly..its....5 digits! we counted twice...haha we have to give up this stretch of road...it wasnt suitable for our pockets at all..haha..so we headed to the furniture mall in bugis..Gosh... Found the round bed in sleep post. We saw it there months ago..but the mattress wasnt too comfy, and the sales gal told us we cant change mattress then... But we ask again this time, and ta da..we can change the mattress to memory foam or latex.....pricey as usual...so we went to the 2nd shop Getha. The same bed with different mattress..the same salesgal who picked my call on friday. She still tell me the same thing, only left 1 pc of blue (showroom piece) and the rest are all beige... Price wise, its slightly more ex...but full latex. We saw alot of nice normal shape beds too..Very nice i must agree..but i think my irrational part of me still want a round bed...a purple one....We decided to go for sleep post... So we finally bought our purple round bed, memory foam mattress...ehehe The sofa story Im really quite upset with cellini....we took the flexi home package half a yr ago...paid 400 deposit, and we realise the 'sale' is still on...haiz.. okis...nvm..we went in as we wanted to confirm on the sofa color. We forgot to bring the invoice (my bad), the salesman (who sold us the package mths back) said he couldnt help us, as they dont have it in system. We were ok, but i asked again. "can the sofa be in full white?" he replied, "yes of coz". Okis , so we left celini level 3 (sleep gallery) and went cellini level 2 (sofa place), coz i wanted to see the sofa again. Another lady attended to us, and i requested to see the colors samples. To my horror..there was no white...its cream ..... !!!! there is a lot of diff lor!!! The salesman who served us at level 3, happen to come in and saw us. I asked him y there wasnt white..he say .."oh..white no gd..very problematic.just take cream la'. We asked if we could do a full leather white for the whole sofa including the seat. He said "can, top up lor..but no gd la., no spring inside, the leather may have cracks. I was really sianz..but nvm... i asked him if i didnt want the bed set,what else can we change to. He started saying.."oh anything la, nxt time den we tok". this goes on a while longer, with him not wanting to tok to me, but me wanting to find out what are my options. Still..he didnt bother with us, and wana go make new sales... HAIZ... nvm...we look ard ourselves... But we conclude the color scheme in cellini isnt really very suitable for our house... We left celini and i was quite sian.. We decided to source for new sofa. We went to a few shops before we saw this... BF practically wana sleep on it...haha..hes madly excited about it.. The price tag is scary. But after some talk...we had a good deal... But we were worried if it could fit out small living room ..! We immediately called edmund, who promise to help us draw n count... We sat on the sofa and waited....so anxiously ..we didnt wana get up...wana 'chop' the sofa...abt half hr later..edmund called back.."yes, can fit.but left 60cm walkway only..will mms u the drawing'... "wohooo!!we are really happy and decide to live with the miserable 60cm walkway... Edmund was really worried..not sure how it will affect everyting..when i called him again after the purchase, he said he'll go to the house n measure again tml..Hopefully everything is fine!!!
