Those that I put in red are my own prices... and from what I think la.. my area should be bigger and technically should cost more. so I put it in red cos I think it's overcharged there. Those that dun have.. either I didn't do or it's the same.

The price quoted for tiles for my kitchen floor is $2.50/tile...

good good. you got tell them your budget? hehe rem to shave a couple of thousands off when you tell them your budget. lol

When I first started on my search for contractors... I told them 10k. for a 5 room with a flooring like mine most of them shook heads.. some tried. Then I went up to 14k... hahaa now way beyond that cos became tempted to do everything.
