Westham 0 Report post Posted December 1, 2008 Hi Folks, According to latest HDB's schedule, our new 4 rm flat at Fernvale (Blk 438B) should be ready by 3rd quarter 2009. Just hope kind folks here could advise us when should we start looking for ID / contractors to quote for our reno? Since we will be moving there from our present premise at Jurong, also wonder when we should be looking for housing agent to market our flat? 1st time buying new flat from HDB, previous 2 purchases all from resale market.
