If so, I think you have a strong case in legal proceedings. You can either seek damages or specific performance (ie to make the seller perform certain act, which in your case is obviously to continue selling the flat to you). But if you do not want to seek legal recourse, then talk to the seller. Most impt to find out why don't they want to sell, then see if you can help them, but of course on condition that they sell the flat to you. If you have an agent then ask him/her to negotiate this for you; that's what his/her 1%/2% commission is for. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
