Its depends on the person=contractor u engaged lor... But for minor reno items, the price won't be tad cheap de... Rem the quote theory i mentioned earlier on?

if i am not that urgent to hack down the storeroom

i would have wait and slowly look for cheaper prices.

but cheap prices does not mean good workmanship. the work done is not that bad,

lines of floor tiles are not that wide. at least i am happier a bit.
