hi im a structural engr. price wise, i cant advise you. but in terms of structure. your contractor should be able to design for it and submit to BCA for approval before they construct. so you can be sure that BCA can check that it will be safe. and normally contractors do give warranty. Damage due to soil, etc. contractor will bear responsibility for any damage caused by wrong design or construction of your pool

Does anyone know the current rate for a lap pool now???About 10m by 4m including the the full works. Thx!
