Curtains .....i Need Advise

Hi hi ....

I am frustrated ... got a curtain guy to quote me for my 4rm flat ...Full length curtains for all cost me $1200..ex leh ..

I been to ikea ...but the curtains width is 145 cm .. same goes to giant ......but it doesnt fit the size for my flat ....where can i find ready made curtains? i do not wish to spend a bomb on them .........

Also .. my window grills lock has tarnished ...i do want to change the whole window or grill just tochange the lock where to find them ? tks
