I intend to buy a 23 years old 4S unit which is in orginal state..anyone bought a 4-S unit and did an overhaul??

Can send me your quotation?

The reason why i need to to see the quotation now is because the owner as for COV so i need to see how much i need to set aside for renovation before i can decide on the COV figure.
