pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2008 The ex-owner rented out the place for 10 years so in very bad condition, so bad that I do not even want to take photo.. keke... Valuation is quite hight during our home search and this is the only unit which sold below valuation so we take the risk. Our COV price is convert to renovation cost. mmm Makes sense. Then use the money to do it into the way you prefer. Good choice!
Deepwhite 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2008 Hi Deep, Love your refrigerator. What brand is your refrigerator? How much, would you mind to share? Hi Blursss, just PM you Your MBR sink and basin do not seems to match.. The tall tap will splash water all over the place esp with a shallow basin.. The sink is mounted on the vanity top and sanitary supplier said that we need to find a long horizontal clearance tap to match. Only concern is that we need to take water nearer to the sink to prevent water splashing.

Hi, Nice layout Btw, your basin mixer is the one I am using for my kitchen sink ..I thought its for kitchen sinks because it can swivel mah. I supposed you are mounting the tap on the longer side of the sink Have you started on carpentry yet on the kitchen? Do you need 4 narrow drawers in the drawing? Your stove is very close to your fridge....is it feng shui taboo? More pics pls
Deepwhite 0 Report post Posted November 9, 2008 Hi, I supposed you are mounting the tap on the longer side of the sink Have you started on carpentry yet on the kitchen? Do you need 4 narrow drawers in the drawing? Your stove is very close to your fridge....is it feng shui taboo? Yup, as the sink is quite long so we are mounting it on the right hand side of the sink. Carpentry had confirmed and laminate had confirmed as well. As for the stove next to the fridge, the feng shui master mentioned that it is ok.

Deepwhite 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2008 All the lightings were up and we are very happy with the workmanship of the electricians e.g. by closing the wire gap between the trunking and light fittings. No complain at all.. :-) Tomorrow will start the bedroom floor laminate installation. Carpenter will be in next tue, more photos will be posted soon.

77suns 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2008 (edited) Good dining layout. Please lose the top cabinet at your TV area in living room, they throw the whole design off and are too tall(touches the beam, thereby focus to the beam which we are trying to avoid). Thought that TV corner suppose to be cai wei in FS(correct me if i am wrong)? Edited November 13, 2008 by 77suns
