Deodar 1 Report post Posted November 5, 2008 We are searching for a 3-room flat in Hougang or Serangoon.Can see the valuation so high and asking COV also quite high.Can someone please give an idea as how much COV should be reasonable for a 3-room in Hougang and Serangoon too. I realise the COV is coming down.. 10K-15K for units that are of good location... single digit COV for o.k units..Hougang will be cheaper than serangoon.
