haha sorry my previous msg so unclear cos sleepy. I wanted to swop the bed and desk. So that the desk is by the window. that's my own preference la. Cos I like desk by the window. lol Then the bookshelf can be a TV console cum shelf thing so the TV can be placed on one of the shelves inside.

Mmm I think TBS' suggestion also can. It can be a wall mounted TV thing provided the TV not very big.

Went to Gain City @AMK today to check out their aircon promotion with free 5 yrs warranty . They had quoted us $4279 for Toshiba Sys 4 (27,500 BTU) inclusive of installation & bracket. We're not very convince with their service, we decided to go over to their IMM branch. To my surprised , I was @$3799 for the same brand but with higher BTU (30,000BTU)but $480 lesser! How can the price be so much different from the same company!!! In the end, we didnt get the aircon today.

Bought a 42" Panasonic Plasma LCD TV (HD Ready) at Best Denki @ $1399 with free $700 taka/shell vouchers & free mounting bracket. Actually we don't have any intention to get the TV as we're only collection our keys this coming Wednesday(12.11.08). Hahaha!!! we're the "Kan Cheong" spider type & furthermore we think that a great deal & we don't want to miss this offer.

Now, I'm counting down for my 2nd appt .......

Actually, I had almost wanted to settle for a unit asking for 30K COV. But my HB was not willing to pay & we're lucky to get his flat without COV.

Yeah, to save our pocket burning a big hole, we need to shop around for great deal.

I had been visiting fews lightings shops in Balestier & Jalan Besar to check out the prices. Personally I think that Balestier have better choices & price are much lower.

Collected my keys from on 12.1.2.08 after 1 mth after my 2nd appt.

Finally it's time to start my renovation since we're planning to move in on 2nd week of January 09.

Reno started yesterday, went to see the progress :

Flooring - both toilets (done)

Wires all ready for the LBox lights (Done)

Schedule for tmrw :-

Carpentry to remove all extisting wardrobes, rack, divider etc....

Install Aircon

Flooring for service balcony, kitchen & fixing new washing machine / fridge base.
