wuga98 0 Report post Posted October 27, 2008 not likely in an individual context when you live in an apartment setting unless it is an initiatives by the town council for the whole building. One suggestion is to improve your usage by using some of the gadget that they sell in some of the supermarkets. Not sure if it works or not but i have seen them selling this for sometime and so far have not read of any compliants. Last thursday, the ST carried an article on selling electricity back thru the grid, not new but the payback on initial investment is going to take >10 years depending on your mthly bills.
