But is abit lousy cos i took it with a mobile phone..

Anyway, a quick summary of what happening..

I got my Keys on 01 Sep..

HDB is starting their rectifications since first week of Oct..

Til now i would only say one thing, nothing much been done..

I even have to call the higher technical officer to look at my home..

What i can only hope for is the problems would be solved soon..

Then my reno can start on time on 01 Nov..

Later will upload some of the defects..

once you survived that, the actual renovation can be considered a breeze

YAA I see other people pulling their hair out over the HDB rectifications.. apparently these is more of a hassle than normal reno...

and collected keys on the same day ! haha.

my rectification only lasted 2 weeks.... from mid oct to end oct... lucky my parquet was not so bad.. if not wait to to re-lay will .. unless really major defects... some of the stuff like grouting .. just closed 1 eye .. >.>

whahaha But like one of the other forummers was mentioning.. it wasn't the HDB people who were terrible it was the contractor they hired and he was the only one who could do the thing. That's really crap man. He kept trying to collect money from the owners. *haiz*

When you have HDB contractors like "AH ONG".. I would dare say you would be very furious..

I have not choice but to bring the matter one level up..

At least, he promise me that everything will be done til i am happy..

For those forumers who stay in the same area with me would know how this "AH ONG" does his job..

Thinking of it make me angry, some more dare to scold my wife..

Well a quick update on the house progress..

Firstly all the defects..

My living floor..

There is some unresolvable stains on the tiles of my living room..

Besides these, thanks to those contractors who walk into my house with their shoes and trolleys..

I have seen these and make the complain accordingly..

So far complaining to "AH ONG", the only thing he say is we should clean the house more..

Some more scold my wife..

That is then i started to make the complain to the higher management..

Now coming to the 3 bed rooms..

There is a big scratch on the floor, most likely is cause by the door.. Complain about it since day 1. Til now is the same. Besides this, there is also stains. I will be seeing the officer again on tuesday.
