Yo Bro,

It is a instant heater.. see abv in blue and bold..

You only get hot water from storage heater in approx 15 mins because it needs to heat up the water stored in it..

Anyone use this REU-8 CG GAS WATER HEATER

Any feedback, is it good? I mean by the waiting time? Is it better than storage heater?

For this, do we have to lay cold and hot pipe for this?

Just to ask again.. this one really have to wait for 15 minutes for the water to heat up is it?

if you are staying in a hdb flat then the answer is no

only the instant model is allowed for use in hdb flats

however, if you are staying in a private property AND taking the storage tank models

then you got to wait for the water to heat up

why it takes a while to get hot water from your tap is because the cold water already in the pipe needs to be pushed out

so if the tap is right next to the heater, it'll take something like 3 sec to feel the water heating up :notti: :notti:

I am staying HDB, citygas technical came to my house say I am able to install. I am just trying to find out, will I have to wait long for the hot water while having my shower.

If the pipe is 7.7m away from the gas heater point, how long will it take?
