Hi,

Has anyone used LWT Design or 360 Interiors services?

For LWT, I hooked up with Mr Shaiful from their Shaw Plaza office. Price was comparable to the other quotes I have received so far and are keen to do business, but always came in late.

I have also contacted Alvin of 360 degree but found they are inflexible in price negotiation. Also I can't find them in HDB's registered contractor list.

Appreciate any feedback/PM or ID suggestions.

gotten a quote from lwt, sales who contacted me is Wong, who told me his price is "unbeatable" (to date, his is the lowest, but received quote from another ID which is only few $ higher). very fast turnaround, and keen in doing business (claims 24/7), but a bit too pushy... so kinda turn off.

will continue to look around and compare more first.

we used LWT.

Bad move, cause we started before lunar 7th month and up til now we dont even have a decent drawing of the house....

we have peers who started later than us, completed and is staying inside...

unless you got no requirement on your house, you can go for them.

sure is cheapest quote i got and no follow up by experience.

lucky i kept all my sms fm them...

if need be i will use it as proof....

ANy feedback from the work of LWT? Did you choose them all other contractors? we are planning to get them also but we would like to know if they are working good and materials are also. Any problems you encountered with them? Hoping for your reply. Thanks alot!
