Renovation Cost For A Food Shop

Hi there,

I'm planning to setup a small restaurant/food shop, I have just got the floor plan for the shop. The shop has been approved for restaurant. But I'm still looking for a contractor for a quotation on the renovation.

Any good recommendation for contractor to do minor renovation?

Things that I'm looking for:

1. Painting (whole area is 800 sft)

2. Kitchen (2xsinks + 2xhobs)

3. Grease Trap

4. Exchaust Hood

5. Toilet (there's existing toilet, just need to change the toilet bowl + sink)

6. Lighting (as simple as it can be) + 4xmounting fan (normal one)

7. Electrical Wiring

I have just completed my reno. And quite happy with the finishing. You can try to look for designer at innerroom.

it is a 12x12 room with 8 foot ceilings i need a quick quote for materials and labor included. i need the sheet rock demoed and then two walls to be insulated. i need the room to be re sheetrocked and taped and spackeled. also new trim put in( EX. base board window trim door trim. also need it to be painted. can some one give me a ball park quote to how much it will cost with materials included into the labor......

Hi there,

I am also setting up a food shop (around 2000sq ft) and am looking for a contractor urgently. It's about the usual same works required as it is a bare unit now. Anybody has any recommendation? Will appreciate all help. Thanks.
