I am wondering the cost

• For Installation Of Kitchen Cabinets & New Wall tiles
• For some plumbing (e.g changing new copper pipes)
• For Changing 2 Velin toilet bowl & 2 wash basin.
• For Changing Toilet Doors (Bi-Fold or Slide)
• For Spraying Porousway natural pebbles surfaces at Kitchen Floor & all bathrooms
• For Installation Of Kichen Door (Bi-Fold or Slide)
• For Changing Downlights
• For Spraying rockstone **** room & 3 bedrooms

Before doing Porousway,I am considering whether it

• Look Nice at Kitchen Floor & 2 bathrooms' wall & floors?
• Has any pros & cons?

Hi Mitlancer,

it's very hard that to discuss price about your makeover. Y not just call a contractor straight and ask them to quote a px as wat u require. This is v common in dis industry, don't need to feel paiseh if u reject them. I also have the same experience! ask more than 5 guys to come and quote, in e end choose the best workmanship.

I have the HDB sub-contractor contacts.

They are cheaper.

Eg. I bought the wash basin and get them changed at $50 for labour cost. But if you want them to supply wash basin, cost is $120.

may i know if porousway is the same thing as the overlay done by Xtoria marketing?

I called Porousway yesterday and was quoted S$650 per toilet, S$1200 per kitchen, i mentioned that my bathroom is old 3-room kind, so separate toilet and shower, but for that i have to wait till next week as salesperson isn't around..

I cant seem to find Xtoria marketing's contact.. anyone?
