kids2 0 Report post Posted October 12, 2008 Just to share this info who is looking to rent out your HDB flat. An agent contacted me to say that he charge 0% commission if the landlord is renting out the whole unit. 100% commission on the tenant only. Sound good for landlord who might want to market it's unit. I'm yet to meet up with the agent, but will share more once i get the more info. Anybody comes across such agent? Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks! It is easy to get tenant, and harder to get landlord. So if the tenant got their own agent who can afford to pay a higher rental (but they pay comm to their own agent), vs a tenant (who can afford a lower rental) who got no agent but will pay comm to this 0% agent, which one will this agent try to convince the landlord to close the deal with? Pay what is due, if not you just be getting what you deserved.
