urgent need of flat... cannot wait anymore... married for 2 yrs and yet to get a flat ...

did anyone get a letter from hdb stating that they have been selected under MCPS AND FIRST TIME APPLICANT.. under the 90% of flats allocated for first timers... but that letter is under BE sept balloting....

anyway good luck to me and to all those who needs a flat urgently.....
