Thanks Mine house is a 4Arm hdb 106sqm est. 1.To hack off existing floor tiles of kitchen, living & 3 bedrooms $1,000.00 2.To hack off partial existing kitchen wall on left side of entrance $150.00 3.To dismantle existing kitchen cabinets $200.00 4.To hack off existing wall & floor tiles of both master & common bathrooms $1,400.00 5.To dismantle existing 2 bathrooms' door & door frames $150.00 6.To dismantle existing window grilles $150.00 7.To patch back all damage after hacking $350.00 C Mansory Works 1.To supply & lay 600mm by 600mm homogeneous floor tiles c/w skirting for living area, store $3,580.00 & passage way area 2.To supply & lay 600mm by 600mm homogeneous floor tiles c/w skirting for 3 bedrooms $4,050.00 3.To supply & lay 600mm by 300mm homogeneous floor tiles for kitchen $1,700.00 4.To supply & lay 600mm by 300mm homogeneous / ceramic floor & wall tiles for $2,280.00 master bathroom 5.To supply & lay 600mm by 300mm homogeneous / ceramic floor & wall tiles for $1,980.00 common bathroom 6.To supply & construct mortar base with floor tiles finishing for fridge, washing machine $300.00 & cabinet area 7.To provide water proofing grout for kitchen & both bathrooms $700.00 .
