At What Stage Will Id Show Drawings?

Hi all,

Can share with me when did your ID actually show you their 2D or 3D drawings of the proposed design of your house? On the 2nd meeting? Before you sign the contract? After you sign the contract??

usually they will only do 3d drawings after you confirmed with them and signed contract, if not before it , they will charged you a amount of about $150 per drawing. and they will offset the amount after you confirmed with them. if you dun wan to sign then you can bring away the drawings to another ID
