if i am wicked from my posting, then what about members who register and post only about their fantastic id/pricing/quotes and end up cheating fellow members to sign up with them?

5 pages of bad comments and the only ones praising are newly registered members.

renotalk got case where whole firm of id was posting in renotalk as customers, this thread has a lot of similar characters like that too.

i did think it was funny how some 'potential customers' or 'customers' defend the company or ID, what's there to defend.....if I'm a real customer, I'll appreciate every warning sign there is out there ; only if i'm the company or the ID, I'd try to clean up the reputation

Oh yah... r u guys implying that WeiWeiQQ is a phantom? now that u guys brought it up.... I read all the post from WeiWeiQQ... all were written with broken english which perfectly matches the IDs at NW.... singaporeans normally dun speak or type this way....haha... most prob a phantom then... lame strategy.

I'm not impressed with NWI too. Seemed like their way to attract customers is 'free gifts'. You can see the same advert almost every other week.

Hi, my house was recently done up by NW and I have uploaded my house before and after renovation in friendster.

Personally I feel the work done by my ID is really good.

I just learnt recently from frds that ID firms do hire people to pose as client to boost their own company reputation / tarnish other reputation (Of cos they have to be strong in their written and verbal communication skills).

Personally, I felt its fine to boost your own company reputation but definitely not tarnish others. There could be genuine cases of clients whose reno works was affected by IDs in NW and others who might be posing as victims (Personal belief).

But for me, indeed I have no qualms but praises for NW. Maybe I am just one of the lucky few who got a great quotation, workmanship and an ID.

There could be some who might be unlucky.

Some of us might have encountered defects from an ID firm and I think its good if pics of each and every defects be uploaded so that other new forumers who decide to engage an ID service will be able to zoom in and know what to look for when engaging an ID.

This is definitely better than posting the defects in the form of a checklist yet difficult for others who decide to engage an ID to visualise on the areas to look out for.

its good to know that some id does do that. but personally if i wish to attack, it would be towards the big boys. but there is not much point attacking other firms cos there are too many around.

anyway it will be great if you can share pics of the reno that you have.

most often, we see a lot of phantom member who do not pose pics because they cant. imagine they posting pics and their client happen to read the post!

so thats why we regularly ask for pics so that genuine recommendations will be more appreciated.

the number of fake members recommending this firm in this thread is indeed amazing.

fake members can never post like real members

If you want to comment on NW, please engage NW service first, take a pics of all defects and post it as a proof that you are one of the victims.

(Well there are some ID who actually used this own house as a showflat)

I have loaded my house pics before and after reno.

As for complaints, I also do not see anyone post pics of defects as well (weird).

I post in photobucket already. Just to shut others who think I am a phantom.

This is crazy. I already say, if you like you can engage their service but pls don't bad mouth unless you have evidence or photos of defects.

And to add on, I did not say my reno is done up very beautifully, but just a simple and nice design which fits my budget.
