retchlow 7 Report post Posted September 24, 2008 (edited) heeez. have but they never give me a copy to keep coz i requested for quite a few changes. will post them up once changes are made ya. was reading through your t-blog and actually, cost of reno for 3-room flat nowadays is about 30k & above for complete makeover. i sourced for at least 5 to 8 IDs to quote & the prices are all 30grand onwards. part of the reason why i appointed darwin was the freebies! typical singaporean la. so which part of Hougang is your flat located @?? layout is exactly the same as my parent's place.. opposition ward! ave 5.
