tower 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 wow... so new... y owner want to sell? The owners are upgrading to a semi-D. They are rich ppl but have no airs, DH drives a Merc. This place has sentimental value to them and is just oppo their parents' place but they liked the semi-D even more. In fact, when i paid $45K COV, I was not expecting anything from them. I just wanted them to close the deal within the same night as I needed a house with minimum reno urgently. The unit is in very good condition except that it is short of storage space. Thus I may have to do up some reno. Compared to lucky Jessie who paid $355K at valuation for a EM at Blk 615 Hougang, I felt like I had overpaid for my unit though. mmycheng 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2008 $345 can be reasonable considering the condition of the flat and if you like it a lot. Also, you basically can save quite a bit on the reno, maybe just put in some additional carpentry work. Buy already don't fret, just enjoy and make the best of your new home.
