How To Utilise Space In Service Balcony

I have a service balcony in my EA unit at Sengankg.

Any ideas how to best utilise the space. So far I keep my Washing Machine only.

Can make it an one-stop laundry area i.e. wash, dry, fold/iron? Can even use the place to brew soup using charcoal burner? For storage of various cleaning agents by having a rack/trolley?

Wah! Ur service balcony seems very big!

It would be good to build some storage, for extra hangers/laundry bags/clothes pegs. Detergent, any other cleaners can also be kept there. Build a tall cupboard to keep ur mop/pails/brooms/ironing board/step ladder/etc. Then everything will be kept nice and tidy and hidden.

That's what I also planned. But I don't want to keep it as only storage area.

Thinking of if I could shift the WM to kitchen and place a jacuzzi here...

No idea how much it would cost, size.

Any views of any other ideas?
