Hahah.. hope that it's "fun" for a long long time. But ya, love EMs for it's size and uniqueness. So far we have 2 contractors to call liao. One my ILs engaged previously to do up current house (they are very nice pple). The other one is recommended by 2 EM kakis (one of whh is Jessie!). Will be calling them up when I get my layout loh. We may go to see what IDs have to offer, but most likely will go for contractors, cuz we know what we wan already in terms of design and layout. I'm speaking to Mr K. haha. u'll be surprised. sad to say, but 50k oso can't do very much in today's market initially i tot 50k can settle all my furniture, electrical items, reno, etc. but i m very very wrong. now reno itself oso 50k. somemore alot of compromise, like some things nv do Ya, I agree. 50K used to be a lot for reno.. now it seems to be 'common' Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Good to hear that Zhi Seng is good from yet another person. Looking forward to my layout and can start calling the contractors/IDs! can buy ur floorplan online also ..then can start to source for ur ID already... I FINALLY settle my ID !
