Viewing By Ids

I have two more weeks until my 2nd appointment and I am a bit hurried for time. The sellers are always not in singapore and will only be around end of the week. I can't afford to bring each ID I shortlisted at different times before I get my keys but I would like to hear their perspective of the flat before I decide on either of them.

Is it appropriate to bring all 3 IDs at the same time to view the house with us?

Do you think they would mind each other's presence?

Anyone has done this kind of thing before?

Then.. after the viewing.. the 3 ID exchange contact numbers..

estimate the true cost say.. $20K.. then arrange to bid $30k, $32K, $40K.

U accept $30K as the lowest.. and they then split the difference of $10K among themselves..

If it's a big group.. then.. is ok.. but not for small number of potential bidders.

Better to ownself take photos, then show IDs the photo to quote.

why not on different timing? usually the viewing will take like 1-2 hours only?

I think most IDs will sound offended. Though they (IDS) know that its likely everyone will source for many IDs at once.

Its like showing them like they r real desperate for ur business and let them fight it out. ANother thing is that it might show that u r insincere to individual IDs. Thats what i felt.

I am afraid the seller might not agree to it..already it took so long for us to get a viewing..so i tot i wanna save time by bringing them together..but i guess it not a good idea.

the id that i asked to view did not turn up.. and didnt sms me until i sms him..he replied that he had some family problem and would like to view another day..

already it took us about 3 weeks to arrange for viewing..he doesnt know how difficult it is ..

so dat id i dropped from my shortlist..
