wreckit 1 Report post Posted September 15, 2008 1000m3/hr is the amount of air that can be extricated from your kitchen. If you are recycling, then it does nto mean very much. The Fujioh hood is designed specially for recycling and it does a good job in filtering the oil from the cooking fumes which is why they quote absorption rates isntead. But the downside is this hood is difficult to clean because of many parts and it can smell if you don't clean it frequently enough which is why they provide a cleaning service.
