luckable 0 Report post Posted January 13, 2009 (edited) after a freaking loooooooooooong wait, we finallly got our bed from Furniture Online. this Furniture Online is freaking lagging and not responsible at all, made us waste our leave and waited 2 days for nothing and they only call 20 mins before deliver. wtf. 5th jan - we waited 2pm to 8pm just to know that they did not process our order at all. 10th jan - waited 2pm to 6pm just to know that they are still wrapping the bed frame and won't be able to deliver to us. and finally 13th jan - only call us 20 mins before delivery. seriously irresponsible. freaked out by their attitude and service. when we call up Furniture Online to ask about the confirmation of date & time of our bed, all we get is rude & bad service. like we are some 'ah long' harassing but HELLO! we paid deposit $1.2K not to get this kind of WTF attitude. anyway...glad our bed is here and we hv nothing to do with them anymore... Angel81 1 Report post Posted January 13, 2009 Glad to hear that you've finally gotten your bed. Very nice bedframe u've got there. It's really very irresponsible of them to let you wait for 2 days w/out calling you in advance to postpone.
lubbi 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2009 So far our ID (ROY) did a gd job.. Some pics to share.. Hi Luckable, Your kitchen is nice. Our kitchen is also long type like yours, so we're considering placing our washing machine at the same place as yours and not boxing up the chute. But hb is afraid that there might have smell from the rubbish chute beside. How's your experience with the rubbish chute next to your washing machine? Hi luckable, Thanks for sharing. I see. We are on the 11th flr, highest 13th. I guess we should be ok. By the way, what's the brand of your rubbish chute? My kitchen also have those ugly pipes that you boxed up behind your washing machine and at the same location like yours. Think need to box up also..
