Which Sequence Should I Do My Renovation?

Doing the following reno for my resale flat, pls advice the best sequence to carry out the reno:

a. painting walls

b. redo whole kitchen

c. shift and move electrical wiring

d. replace existing 3+1 aircons

Should I do the painting last?

I think it is this order:

Kitchen (Hacking, Tiling, Piping)

Electrical

Replace Aircons

Painting

Kitchen (Cabinets)

Never thought of splitting the kitchen cabinet. I think I will follow this. Thanks
