After reading the forum for few months, and got quite a lot of ideas from all the forumer here, now its our time to share our reno and contribute some ideas for the rest of the forumer.

This story began when 2 sotongs were looking for a nest to settle down, went thru few times of hdb balloting exercises without any chance to select a unit. So finally decided on resale market.

Within a day, they viewed 11 units of hdb , and decided on the second day to buy one of the unit at CCK.

After signing the OTP, the 2 sotongs swam around looking for ID...

To cut the story short

the 2 sotongs had gotten the key to the unit, and selected the ID... :

and will start the reno this Wednesday, 10-09-2008.

always the first to to put a chop of your own in most of the thread...

Yeah...the living room and 1 of the bedroom are a bit odd shape....

actually this floorplan that I got from hdb is a bit misleading...

there are only 3 bedrooms and there is no divider wall for the "future room"

the whole area is actually my living and dining area

Quite a lot of things:

Living & Dining

- Floor tiles for living and dining room

- False ceiling and L-box

Kitchen

- Floor and wall tiles for kitchen

- kitchen cabinet

- Sliding glass door

MBR

- Laminate flooring

- Toilet wall tiles and floor tiles

- Bedroom Door

Common bathroom

- Toilet wall tiles and floor tiles

2 Common Bedroom

- Laminate flooring

- Bedroom doors

Those are what I can think of...

still need to include the electrical cabling for the new lighting point for the false ceiling and L-box

it's just an indicated that a room can be built there

but seriously, not many flats can have 4 rooms

even EAs also barely make it with 4 rooms
