Hi there, u may check the sim liam group website to see the lauch date. AM also interested in this project. I heard it will be lauched in 1st quarter of 2009. Can't wait for it to launch.. drove pass simei rd that day they have already started some work on that land. Really wonder if it is going to be more expensive than the Tampines DBSS. Hopefully noT!
