Will Doing False Ceiling All That Enhance Yr Hdb Valuation?

My hdb flat is the old type - wiring conduits (is that wat it is call?) hold/cover the wire cabling. Does doing false ceiling all that enhance the HDB valuation?

eh I dun think false ceiling contributes to it however the overall condition of the flat does.

the most impt thing about that controls valuation is location, age of flat, layout, distances to amenities, which floor, the estate... and the current selling prices in the estate ba......

I don't know about valuation, but a good coat of paint and a good clean up will get you a buyer fast.
