What's this ifc place??? just received a flier for the "IFC furniture sale - up to 30% off storewide with dbs/posb cards"

on flier:

- 10% off on top of 20% storewide discounts (Cellini Design Centre, Natural Living)

-15% off storewide (Brighton, co'zy, furniture club, king koil boutique, mondi lifestyle etc)

- 10% off storewide (the white collectn)

Hi, when is the sales period? does the sales still apply if dun have posb/dbs card?

It is at Sungei Kadut.

The concept is similar to Furniture Mall but the prices are more competitive.

I think cards provide additional discount on top of discounts in store (hence the term "up to" whatever percentage discount ??)
