6) Existing walls & Door frame hacked

7) Existing air-con removed

8) Existing electrical meter shifted

9) Touch up floor and walls in way of of old wall

10) Existing water meter shifted

11) Plastering for whole house (95%)

12) Base and 1st coat painting for whole house

13) Air-con installation

14) Existing railing @recess area removed

15) Lights delivered

16) Site measuremet for windows & grilles

On-going works:

1) Carpentry work

Upcoming activities:

1) Acid Wash

2) Paint 2nd coat

3) Install small L-box for cosy corner

4) Install lights

5) Install wrought iron gate

6) Minor plumbing works

Been trying to upload the photos I've taken thru' out the renovation process, but keep having problem with photobucket.com.

Anyway, thought yet to finish, but here are the latest. Taken just 2 hrs ago:

wah everything seems to be coming together nicely... Nice bright green shoe cabinet. heh. but you all dun have many shoes hor.. cos it isn't very big. :P

hahaha I think if it's my house we have to have from floor to ceiling and stretch over the entire corner in order to contain all our shoes. :P

But it's a nice idea to have a cabinet under the stairs... maximise space ba. :) Can't wait to see more pictures. :)

Haha... we still can expend into the space (with reference to the main door pic) to the right of the main door, if our shoes really begin growing in numbers :)

Not really. As long as those wardrobes / cabinets aren't higher than 8 or 8.5' then it is still based on per foot run. Anyway higher than that, might have to pay more or even double.
