After the application has been logged in, we were told that HDB will arrange an appt with the sellers to go and inspect for leakages and unapproved unalterations, etc. After which the seller is expected to rectify the problems. moving statue 1 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 as a seller the hdb people just came, look around a bit and then ask me if i have permit for the renovation done by the previous owner.. i said no and he said he will check for me the permit and since i bought without doing any renovation, it should be fine.. then he gave me a checklist to bring to the first appointment.. thats all.. When you say the officer show you proof ah... what proof is it? CutePinkElephant 0 Report post Posted August 29, 2008 the officer just show me the first inspect checklist what need to b fixed, and the second inspect checklist show that all hv been check (by hdb)and fixed (by seller) lor.... we also blur blur lar ....and say ok ok only lor....
